Profile information you provide, verification results (not raw documents once verified), messages needed to operate the service, and technical data such as device and approximate location.
How we use it
To show you relevant matches, to run verification and fraud detection, to keep the service secure, and to support you when something goes wrong.
Verification data
With your consent, our identity provider processes your document and biometric data. NaoDates stores the verification status and session reference, not your document or face video. Provider availability, supported documents and retention terms must be confirmed before live verification launches.
Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share only with processors that help us operate the service, and with authorities when legally required.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@naodates.com or from your account settings.
